The scenery will enthral you on the way to the small family run winery that becomes our first stop in our Prosecco tasting journey. After lunch we will visit the second winery where the vintner will explain more about the methodology of Prosecco making and introduce you to their finest DOCG Proseccos which we will taste.
Our return journey will pass some of the multitude of Prosecco vineyards and panoramic views, where there will be more opportunities to take photos as we drive back to Venice.

Join us on the journey along the Prosecco Road, calling in at local wineries where you will taste the magic provided by the best quality Superiore Proseccos, made by generations of the same families, in the most sumptuous picturesque setting with lush green hillsides, terracotta farmsteads and small villages, olde-wordly Italian style! The winemakers will give you expert-led tastings to demonstrate their range of Proseccos and give you an insight into the history and the methods of production. Prosecco exhibits fresh peach notes and may also contain notes of citrus fruits, apple, pear, almonds or acacia. The vines are grown on steep slopes and cultivated by hand to exacting standards, ensuring the end result is perfect!
You will also enjoy sumptuous local produce at some of the area's best restaurants; local
specialities such as radicchio and handmade pasta alongside favourites such as locally grown
cold meats, wild herbs and fresh seafood to complement the Prosecco.
This area of Italy boasts some world famous architects and sculptors. Our hotel is centrally
based, to ensure you can enjoy the region to the fullest, a tour of the immediate vicinity will
provide panoramic scenery and years of history, with a visit to Follina Abbey and a proliferation
of the regions’ palladian style buildings.
What a fab trip. My husband enjoyed the scenery, I enjoyed the Prosecco and we both loved the experience. The restaurants we were taken to were exquisite too. We’d definitely recommend this trip to our friends!
